As every Love, Gabriella piece is handcrafted, I recommend ordering as early as possible if you need your design for a particular date or celebration.

Most standard made-to-order pieces are created within 2–4 working days, plus delivery time. For larger, bespoke or more detailed designs, please allow additional time.

If you're planning a wedding or special event, or would like something created especially for you, I recommend getting in touch well in advance. I only have a limited number of spaces available for bespoke work, particularly during busy periods.

With a little care, everlasting flowers can remain beautiful for months and often years. They don't need water and can be kept and enjoyed long after a wedding, celebration or special occasion has passed.

• Avoid damp or humid environments.
• Never place them in water.
• Handle them gently, as dried flowers can naturally become delicate.

Whether you already know exactly what you'd like or simply have a colour palette, photograph or idea to start from, I can work with you to create something individually designed for your occasion.

This might include wedding and event florals, cake flowers, wreaths, arrangements, decorative pieces or something completely unique.

When contacting me about a bespoke design, it helps to include:

• The date you need your piece
• What you'd like me to create
• Your preferred colours or overall style

Because bespoke pieces are individually designed and handcrafted, availability is limited and booking ahead is recommended.

Your flowers are carefully arranged on a clear food-contact suitable PETG disc. This creates a protective barrier between the floral arrangement and your cake, so the flowers themselves do not come into direct contact with the icing.

PETG is widely used for food-contact applications, making it an excellent material for this purpose. The clear disc is discreet and virtually disappears once positioned on the cake, giving you the beautiful appearance of flowers resting directly on the cake while keeping the arrangement separated from the icing.

Every Love, Gabriella topper is individually handcrafted using natural dried and preserved flowers, so no two arrangements will ever be completely identical.

Flowers naturally vary in shape, size, colour and texture, which is part of their beauty. I will always create your topper as closely as possible to the design shown while maintaining the same overall colour palette, style and character.

Occasionally, a particular flower or element may be unavailable. Where necessary, I will carefully substitute it with something of a similar colour, style and quality so that the overall look of your design remains beautifully balanced.

At present, Love, Gabriella delivers within the United Kingdom only and I don't currently offer international shipping.
