SHIPPING
Many Love, Gabriella pieces are individually handmade to order, so please allow time for your order to be created before dispatch. Our usual processing time is 2–4 working days, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.
Delivery times are in addition to this processing time.
If you need your order for a particular date, please contact us before placing your order. We will always do our best to accommodate you, but recommend checking with us first if your order is time-sensitive.
UK DELIVERY
At present, Love, Gabriella delivers within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international delivery.
SHIPPING RATES
UK Standard Shipping — £4.99
UK Express Shipping — £7.99
UK Large Items — £12.99
Applies to larger pieces such as wreaths, bouquets, arrangements and other oversized designs.
The appropriate delivery option will be shown at checkout.
All orders are carefully packaged and sent using a trackable delivery service wherever available. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where applicable.
Please ensure that the delivery address supplied when placing your order is complete and correct. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will be happy to amend it.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it. If your parcel is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, an additional delivery charge will be payable if you would like your order to be resent.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Occasionally delays can occur once an order has been passed to the delivery provider. If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please get in touch and we will help investigate.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Every Love, Gabriella piece is created and packaged with care, and we hope you absolutely love your order.
STANDARD ITEMS
If you purchase a standard, non-personalised item online and change your mind, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Please contact us within this period before returning your item.
Returned items must be handled with reasonable care and returned in their original condition and packaging wherever possible. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning it.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies, refunds will be processed in accordance with UK consumer law.
PERSONALISED, BESPOKE & MADE-TO-YOUR-SPECIFICATION ITEMS
Items that have been personalised or created specifically to your requirements cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind.
This may include designs created to your requested colours, dimensions, wording, flower selection or other individual specifications.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
BESPOKE ORDER DEPOSITS
Where a deposit is required for a bespoke commission, the applicable payment and cancellation terms will be explained and agreed before your order is confirmed.
Once work has begun or materials have been specifically sourced for your commission, cancellation may not be possible. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Because many of our designs contain delicate natural materials, we take great care when preparing and packaging every order.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include clear photographs of the item and its packaging. This allows us to understand what has happened and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
NATURAL VARIATIONS
Dried and preserved flowers are natural materials, so variations in colour, shape, size and texture are completely normal. No two stems — or finished designs — will ever be exactly alike.
Where a particular flower or element is unavailable, we may substitute it with a carefully selected alternative of a similar style, colour and value while maintaining the overall look and character of the design. Natural variations and appropriate substitutions are not considered faults.
RETURNING AN ITEM
Please contact Love, Gabriella before sending a return so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
We recommend using a tracked service when returning an item, as responsibility for the parcel remains with the sender until it reaches us.
Nothing within this Shipping & Returns Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

When should I place my order?
As every Love, Gabriella piece is handcrafted, I recommend ordering as early as possible if you need your design for a particular date or celebration.
Most standard made-to-order pieces are created within 2–4 working days, plus delivery time. For larger, bespoke or more detailed designs, please allow additional time.
If you're planning a wedding or special event, or would like something created especially for you, I recommend getting in touch well in advance. I only have a limited number of spaces available for bespoke work, particularly during busy periods.

How long do everlasting flowers last?
That's one of the lovely things about dried and preserved flowers — their beauty doesn't disappear after a few days.
With a little care, everlasting flowers can remain beautiful for months and often years. They don't need water and can be kept and enjoyed long after a wedding, celebration or special occasion has passed.
To keep your flowers looking their best:
- Keep them away from direct sunlight, which can cause colours to fade over time.
- Avoid damp or humid environments.
- Never place them in water.
- Handle them gently, as dried flowers can naturally become delicate.
- Keep them away from heat and open flames.
